I would LOOOOoooOOove to see Title Officers and Attorneys weigh in on this but with courthouse closures occuring, I wonder if the demand for remote searching will increase, and/or if water marked copies (due to said remote searching) will be more accepted.
With refinance interest rates at ZERO I imagine its like a Volcano getting ready to explode: the pressure beneath increases...gas...magma...and is blocked by the "mantle" or crust, which is the courthouse closures...As demand increases the pressure builds....
