Has anyone else seen a rapid increase in their volume of Last Owner work? My assumption is that this is due to India being shut down, and work they normally do being on-shored to US searchers.

Also: the federal moratorium on foreclosures until mid-May  has stopped that aspect of the title industry. Coupled with the suspension of mortgage payments for twelve months, this will probably result in a flood of foreclosures after the grace period is over.
