You're right, Tamara.  Companies often want us to jump through hoops and get things back "yesterday" which is what we are here for when you get right down to it.  But when we get shafted, the time spent on the work we're not getting paid for could have been allocated to reputable customers.  Like a previous reply, I was paid...for awhile.
