Unfortunately once you hit a certain break point on your revenues your E&O rates spike up. I think Lloyd's of London won't even write policies for companies over a certain amount anymore so you have to go with alternative carriers. Fox Point is who I've used as an E&O broker for years and they always have the most competitive rates.
