Not being critical, just asking if good business practices are being followed, that could prevent having to post on here about deadbeats that get work done for them for free.   Best bet with a new UNKOWN client is to DPU (Demand payment upfront).   That policy can flush out the trash who do not plan on ever paying.  Remember, they are calling you about doing work for them, you are not
