Needed, an EXPERT on Florida, especially South Florida foreclosure cases and their titles. Must be familiar with foreclosure cases in the state of Florida and able to look back to the last deed of value to create a foreclosure title report, or a modified 1 or 2 owner searches if necessary. Potential abstractors must have done bulk Ownership & Encumbrance reports for Florida Foreclosure & tax deed properties. We pay $25 and up, per residential search and more for commercial. Need one business day or less turnaround times, some reports take 15 minutes to complete, and others take and hour. All reports will be assigned and typed up inside our interface. Volume will be 3 to 10 reports per day. Candidate should have minimum of 5 years’ experience working on Florida case files.
