Source of Title Forums: Abstractor TAT's

Why are abstractors taking up to 5 days to complete searches at the county? Especially in times like this when it's really slow. Do I just use the wrong ones? I would think it would take only two days to get a search back unless it's really complicated. I know not all abstractors are this slow but too many are.

With that said. Please send me your coverage and fees. Currently I'm specifically looking for CA, GA and FL. These would be for Deed searches at the county. Please email me directly. Dlacher@dbtitlesolutions.com
