A Pleasant Evening and Happy Thanksgiving to All
I would like to seek assistance on how to recover payment when the company (mentioned above) is deliberately ignoring my attempt to ask for payment. I have emailed them multiple times (5X, all no reply), message them via google chat (4X, seen mode, no reply) and called both in their mobile number 2X (was only directed to voicemail).
For everyone’s reference, I am not a typical vendor who get paid per order. I have been working remotely as a Remote Title Searcher as early as 2012.
I met them here on 2015 and was asked to work for fulltime (January of 2016). I was a salaried staff (who really did not enjoy nor maximize being on a salaried status because of the 9 to 5 requirement). I rarely clocked out on a dot and mostly extend everyday/every week and on weekends. Being in a salaried status, honestly, puts me in a disadvantageous position losing hundreds of hundreds of hours. Long story short, with the expansion and everything, as early as 2017 I was promoted to Production Secretary position (2017 – 2019), Quality Secretary (2019 – 2020, left the company) and back to Production Secretary upon my return (April to August 2022). Some of my functions while working for them are the below:
Manage 4 Departments (4 Directors, Division 4 and 5)
Supervise and manage production floor (20+ staff, 5 Departments under Division 4 and 5)
Attending to Client Issue
Attending to Vendor Issue
Project Planning
Main Contact and attending monthly calls with Client (Monthly Scorecard)
Staff Scheduling
Correcting Erring Staff and Vendor
Hiring, Firing and Paying Staff
Training Staff
Policy Creation
Vendor Recruitment
It’s pretty evident that after all effort and attempt to recover payment, not one time did they reply. Leaving me no resort but to ask assistance elsewhere, in this case, here.
I have no intention nor motive to stain/create/ bad reputation neither personally nor as an entity doing business in this industry. In fact, in all my attempt I have warned them that if they chose to ignore me, I will have no resort but to seek assistance outside.
Sincerely,
Lonil Lim
