Anyone else receive the email from AMROCK, that due to the down market you are now inactive?  One of the bigger title companies has no work for freelancers? This appears to line up with my thinking that title searching will not be coming back to the freelance/vendor community. As far as sending us work again, notice they said "if" the need arises, not "when".

At least they sent a notice, how many more companies have reached the same decision, but are just not going to let us know? 

What are your thoughts on the future of title searching?
