My name is James O’Connell III, and I’m the owner of Title Services Direct. Unfortunately, Title Services will be closing its doors within a few weeks. I had someone managing the company, and I was unaware of everyone that is owed.

I acknowledge that monies are owed to various abstracting companies, and I intend on paying every dollar owed.

I ask that you send to searches@titleservicesdirect.com a statement of what is owed. In the subject line, please put: Final Invoice.

I personally will then be in contact with you/your office to make things right.
