Just a heads up for mid level abstract firms that use vendors to expand
their coverage. Steer clear of this company. She contacted me about
working with us and sent over coverage and pricing. Sold a great story
about total state coverage in VT and KY. We sent her an order from a
good client of ours for Vermont. She told us we'd have it back by
tomorrow. Nothing. Then it would be in the next day...Nothing. Then we
were ghosted for 4 days. Had to call her from an out of state cell
number for her to answer. We were then told she "faxed" the order in 3
days ago, we have no record of that. Followed that with, I'll email over
the report in 10 minutes. Well, 2 more days and no phone answering and
no return emails. That's the longest 10 minutes in history. This kind of
stuff makes my blood boil. We're holding the bag for someone else's
incompetence. At the very least just say you can't do the order.
Ghosting is amateur hour nonsense.
