Good morning. Received an order from a client asking if I could research a foreclosure case at the Circuit Clerk along with 8 liens on the state tax registry for an order which an off-shore firm completed the original report. I declined said order stating that the other searcher needs to confirm any and all encumbrances. If an off-shore individual cannot determine pertinent documents then why hire them ? Easy, get what you pay for with $ 6 searches.
