Express Abstracting & Title Services LLC out of New Jersey does not pay.

We confirmed with them that we require pre-payment for orders. We processed the search and provided the invoice online with a link to pay. They viewed the invoice then ghosted us. Will not answer calls or emails.

They just incorporated in New Jersey 07/09/24. They are absolutely an offshore spot. I would refrain from doing business with them if you like to be paid for your hard work.

This is what their email looks like:

Hi, Good Evening,

Greetings from Express Abstracting and Title Services!

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Silvia Clark, and I am reaching out from EXPRESS ABSTRACTING AND TITLE SERVICES.

We are interested in exploring potential partnership opportunities with your company, E-Abstract. We are looking for ground abstractors with best price and Turnaround time for Title search.

We believe that our companies share similar values and goals, and that a partnership would be mutually beneficial.

Please share your coverage and pricing along with required documents to onboard with our vendor list.

Payment terms and conditions - 40 days payment terms

We also request to send the monthly invoice before 7th of each month, which would allow us to make payments within 30 days of the invoice received date.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
