It has come to our attention that he has taken sensitive and proprietary information from our company, including but not limited to client details, coverage and pricing structures, and our abstractor network.

We have confirmed that he is using this information to contact our clients and abstractors directly, which is a clear violation of our internal policies and likely legal boundaries.

I attempted to notify JC Coutler of this breach via email and phone, but unfortunately have not received a response. The sensitive nature of this matter and its potential impact on our business and partners, we respectfully urge you to acknowledge this situation and take immediate steps to address it.
