You must reside in the state and have boots on the ground capabilities.

You must be able to search:

Current Owner reports/ Re-finance reports

2 Owner Reports

Full Searches/Purchases

Updates, Document Retrieval, Lien and Judgement Searches

Anything else you can provide would be beneficial.

You must have competitive fees and the ability to use our portal and meet turn times.
