Having a tough time getting anyone to turn in a quote. Client eager. Turn in a high quote if that is what it will take to get you to do the job--just need to get them a quote, and if that's what it takes, that's what it takes. Add a trip fee and hotel if needed. If it's outside your coverage area, do you happen to know someone you’d recommend?

Scope of Work:

1. Complete full title search with copies of all underlying documents.

2. Include copies of any plats and documents referenced in the legal description.

3. Review the prior commitment/policy and provide copies of all referenced documents (a copy of the prior policy will be provided once available).

4. Review prior deeds for permitted exceptions and provide copies of any referenced documents.

5. Confirm there are no open mortgages for any prior owners.

6. Search for judgments, liens, and litigation against the current owner(s) and the property.

Please provide:

Your total fee.

Estimated turnaround time.

Estimated copy costs, if available.

Please do not begin work until we have received client approval.
