Yes, you can retrieve docs on line, but when it gets to prots office there is no way you would be able to sit there and read every doc of a complicated file. The counties I have been working in are not on line, and I for one am glad of it. I would though print the docs I need to chain a title as it would be a lot cheaper at home than at the courthouse.
