Paradigm Title Group, LLC, a privately held, full service title insurance agency specializing in title insurance and real estate settlements, is quickly gaining momentum in its aim to become a nationwide title provider. The company has experienced strong growth in revenue and new business and has expanded into additional states.
Paradigm Title Group has outpaced revenue goals every quarter since the beginning of 2015, and from 2016 through the first half of 2017, the company added six states to its footprint. Paradigm is now licensed to do business in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The company expects to add several more states in the next six months.
Paradigm Title Group also saw growth in other areas. From the first half of 2016 through the first half of 2017, the company’s closed loan activity increased by over 230%. During that same time period, open orders increased 167 percent.
To manage the surge in business, Paradigm Title Group added substantially to its staff in 2017, nearly tripling the number of employees to 26.
