First American Title Insurance Company announced today that Janette Waller has been appointed to lead First American Title’s Direct Division, overseeing the company’s direct operations across the country.

Over the course of her 19-year tenure with First American Title, Waller has excelled in local and regional positions of increasing responsibility within the division. Most recently, she served as vice president of Northern California operations, where she generated significant business growth and promoted a positive workplace environment. She previously served in branch, area and operations leadership roles in Arizona.

Waller’s dynamic leadership style, keen understanding of the title and settlement business, and commitment to growing the company has inspired strong customer relationships, a highly engaged and committed workforce, and strong business results.

Waller currently serves on the board of the California Land Title Association and is past president of the Arizona State Escrow Association.
