I was wondering what others here thought was the most useful discussion on SOT for 2015. I found the various discussions about non paying clients to be very helpful as well as those that helped disclose deceit by some vendors who claim to be someone they are not.

It is difficult to say which was the most important as far as providing the most useful information but all in all my pick would be Copy fees, etc.  started by Marian Severance.  This lively discussion has me re-thinking our pricing for copy retrievals. If you missed it I hope you will take a look and weigh in with your own opinion.
