I've seen several posts regarding the non-payment of Applied Technology Resources.  I recently found out after being burned myself that the county they operate out of has a complaint department for businesses in that county.  If you have not been paid and have proof of their non-payment please visit http://www.pinellascounty.org/ .   Look under the "Business" tab all the way down at the bottom of the tab there is a "submit consumer complaint" option.  Choose this option and fill out their forms.  

The clerk I spoke to said other businesses that filed complaints had their complaints resolved.  Best of luck.
