You can if you charge ###, or as I mentioned in previous posts "dang near close to it".

If I am charging that much and every Abstractor here charges that or more, then it eventually becomes market rate.

Then you will have JAY Z's money....ok maybe not but you will not be complaining either. Document Retrievals could be the 2023 version of "the golden era Current Owner Search".
