That's good and I am glad to hear that for you. Another person from a different vendor I use just went to work there, but this one and first experience just pushed me to the point of not accepting any orders from them going forward. Ever.

But, I do like when someone who has worked with a company posts positive experiences, (I do the same) as like you said, there were other issues involved, but they didn't want to post that full email chain :) All water under the bridge for me and good luck to you!
