Stephen, This is why we pulled out of Central Ohio during the Great Recession and moved. This is not really new. We were undercut at every turn when we worked in Ohio (before and during the recession). I have been in the industry for 25 years and our fees are lower today than they were in 1997. And now, once again, the industry is slow and a lot of the vendor management companies are asking for decreased fees and/or "copy inclusive pricing."
