Nick,  Agreed your company is above board.  My point is BEFORE signing anything ALL the checking of details should be done by all parties.  In many cases it appears orders are sent and maybe the abstractor has not agreement with the person requesting the work (often on a RUSH order status.  That should not prelude anyone vetting the requesting party before doing /sending the requested work.   Regards,  George
