We are Offering Invitation to New Clients for Title search work in States Like MD, NY, FL, MI, MA, ME, DE, OH, TN.

Also if you would like to go on a search package price base we can do that and the other options we have is Per seat Basis.

Plan1:  Hire Abstractors who will work for you on an hourly basis at just $8 per hour/pp (Min Seats 5) Additional costs listed below will be borne by the client. (Benefit at 8 hrs you get per working for 10 hrs each day. Maximum Orders Per day Per person 10 orders). 

Plan2: Hire an Abstractor for $12 per hour/pp(Min Seats 5) Additional cost will be borne by the client. ( Benefit 10 hrs work at cost of 8 hrs. Maximum orders Per Day Per Person 15 Orders).

 Plan3: Hire Abstractor for $18 Per hour/pp(Min Seats 5)

Additional costs will be borne by the client. ( Benefit 12 hrs work at cost of 8 hrs. Maximum orders Per Day Per Person 15 Orders(including Full Searches)).

Additional Costs should be borne by the client all the prices mentioned here are excluding VAT.

If in any order we need approval for more pricing or time we will update you and get your consent before completing the orders. 

The client needs to pay just for 8 hours and get 2 hours of work as an Omicron relief from Smart Abstract Services LLC.
