INDUSTRY LEADER seeks multiple well-rounded, honest, efficient, experienced & productive Title Analysts to review Oil and Gas titles and title opinions remotely. Long-term work. Need 5 years of prior Title and full time Title Review experience with solid understanding of Appalachian Basin Oil and Gas operations. Will review title opinions, mineral ownership reports, unit packages, leases, lease modification, and curative documents to clear wells. Strong understanding of Appalachian royalties, lease provisions, lease payments, land data bases, intestate descent, & spreadsheets. Excellent people skills required. Five day week. No lodging, mileage, or meals paid. Must have solid computer skills. SALESFORCE exposure a plus. Must pass drug and background check. Will be an Honor Resources employee.
