Limited Search: $150-175

Current Owner: $100-150

Updates: $30-50

Document Retrieval: $30-50

***All fees include copy cost***

We perform all types of searches (Commercial, Civil, Title Only, Probate, etc.) as well as document retrievals in all counties listed above. Fees are negotiable, based on your requirements and/or needs. We are happy to work with any special requests or discuss any SC counties not listed if necessary.
