Seems to be the trend these days. They want so much more for less, less, less. There are two ways to send clients a report; and neither includes cheap and quick. What we love are the "current owner" searches that India can't do because it's been in family for 80 years. The client orders it as a current owner and wonders why we're charging $200+ for it. Nature of the beast I guess...
