Source of Title Forums: Re: Requiring Full E&R for Last Owner Searches

Yikes! In Ohio that would be more than a 60-year search. You'd have to search back the land patent to be certain you have "all easements affecting the property." It's an absurd request... but I'm sure they will find someone willing to do it.
