I'd echo this, Carl, but there's always that one attorney who gets taken advantage of and pretty soon their John Hancock is pasted electronically all over PTOs en masse.  I would say, attorneys, be careful who you associate with and who you give your signature to.  Most attorneys will not provide certifications in bulk esp to overseas companies.
