I would check all names. If there are many judgments w/ many different names I would show those on the report for which I am not sure & writing a "NOTE" telling them what I found. I will tell them that if they want the copies for the suit/judgment that doesn't match names and/or address I will be glad to get them and adjust my invoice. Yes, companies are wanting faster & faster service. I want to get it to them as fast as I can. But at the same time, I want to give them the correct information. I had a request just recently with instructions to not get "excessive" judgments. Thankfully, there were none but, what does that mean?!?! I am still going to give them judgment information. If all are dismissed, disposed, etc then I am going to tell them (and give it to them) the last judgment filed. I am old school, too. If you give all the information on the worksheet, at least, then they can come back to you to tell you "yes, go get it" or "no, we don't need it".
