We need to recruit an abstractor who can do end-to-end activities from Tampa, FL office.

Duties involved:

        · Perform 2 owner Online search and tax in OH, GA, IL and FL counties

        · Perform Abstractor management – finding new abstractors, signing them up, negotiating price & turn time, performing quality control on abstractor orders, prepare chaing sheet, perform data entry and dispatch order to client

        · Margin analysis

        · Perform overall quality control (search, tax and typing) of all search orders

        · Liaise with customers over email and phone

Position: Initially on 1099 and within 3 to 6 months convert to W2

Work location: Wesley Chapel, FL (Tampa)

Experience:

        · Must have at least 7 years of experience as an abstractor and title examiner

        · Must be able to handle 20 orders/day end-to-end activities in 8 hours shift

        · Must be dependable and able to work with minimum supervision
