My fees are competitive with the other abstractors in my state.   I am willing to work with you on all fees so that we can all make money.   Afterall, isn't that the reason we work?  So that we can make money?

My turnaround time is one - two business days.  The amount of time depends on the time of day the request is sent to me.  If anything should cause it to be later I will contact you right away so that you will know what and why.

I will send my W-9 form and E & O Certificate via an email message/attachment.
