They say Satoshi Nakamoto created it, but everyone believes that's a made up name for an unknown group of people who created it when they created bitcoin. I asked around a lot in the last two days. It's my understanding that going forward block chain will eliminate the need for title plants, and the need for abstractors/title examiners, and eventually the need for title insurance, and even title companies. From what I was told, the lender can access the block chain for a property and see everything encumbering that property, and its guaranteed to be correct. Block chain goal is to eliminate all the middlemen, or so I was told.
I've been asking around and some IT people have told me if block chain keeps picking up speed, it's going to eliminate a lot of jobs in a lot industries. One told me we are all underestimating how powerful block chain will become and that while he thought it's a great technology, he agreed with others that it will eliminate a lot of jobs.
One of the IT guys sent me this link, but I haven't had a chance to read it https://blockgeeks.com/guides/what-is-blockchain-technology/
