Keep in mind, many title agencies or their employees work from home, and I myself work for a company in North Carolina, live in Arizona (I am working remotely but now have to move!), and I have an 831 number from Santa Cruz, CA (my hometown...hey, that is VALUABLE California credentials!).

If I were you I would ask for proof of THEIR E&O and LLC filing. What exactly did they say in the email? Chances are if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
