I'd like to introduce my Software Service to you all.

First, some background info, I've been doing software development work for a few companies and some individuals in the title insurance and mortgage industry for a few years but I've been a software programmer for many years. Software includes Title Report creation (which you can view and try from my website, http://titlereporttool.com/ ), Title Commitment, Sales Guarantee etc.  

And I'm open to developing software or applications for Escrow, Settlement or Tax Certificates.

My software price or my rate is very reasonable, I'm fast in delivery and consistent in support.  In the meantime, I expect my clients to be respectful professionals as well.

Some additional info about myself, I spent a large portion of the last twenty seven years in Virginia, a few years in Maryland, three years in North Carolina and currently in Florida.
