Client had called us and requested a search on a Cell Tower, 60 year search with copies. We replied back after looking at the title and gave them a quote. 

 They responded" Fee is approved as long as we can get the search back in a timely manner"

21 Actual hours later the report was on their desk. They responded we are not paying for this search because you did not provide an ETA on the order.

Our response we completed this search in under 24 hours, so no ETA was necessary because we completed "in a timely manner". They said they found someone cheaper but who gave them an eta of 3 days.

This was the first time this company contacted us, which we are always leery about. What are your thoughts, we believe they should have to pay, and just using the ETA as a way to not pay for our search package, and to scam us.
