I noticed today that the Broward County property appraiser has a new statement at the very top of their home page:

 "As of January 6, 2015, Florida began recognizing same-sex marriages performed in other jurisdictions and issuing marriage licenses for same-sex marriages to be performed in Florida. "This is indeed a tremendous step forward for equality"

... I do not agree that is a "tremendous" thing and I find it offensive for the county appraiser to express their pro-same sex marriage stance on the home page of the county property appraisers web site.

I emailed Lori Parrish the Broward County Property Appraiser today to ask her to take it down from the county website.... she promptly emailed me back and told me sorry I do not agree, the page will remain as is.....

 If you are pro-family (man+woman) and find this a bit offensive to see on the County Property Appraiser home webpage.... PLEASE send Lori Parrish an email
