Has anyone else received this email? I can not even begin to understand how Clients would feel safe with India doing the the USA title searches! This makes no sense to me. The only thing that I can see is their willing to take a risk because he has it priced so low! My work in TN has slowed down and I am beginning to see why....

Subject: Hi

Hello,

Let me introduce myself. I am Shalav Srivastava, owner of Krisshtechnology (www.krisshtechnology.com) with over 8 years of experience in TITLE INDUSTRY.

I am based in India with past experience of working with FIRST AMERICAN CORPORATION. I have experience in title searching, title examination, preparing title commitment, typing, word processing etc.

I have a team of around 10 people doing title search for following states online: MARYLAND, TENNESSEE, FLORIDA, MAINE, ALABAMA, DELAWARE. We can work on any counties that are online.

I saw your profile and thought why shouldn't we enter into a partnership and we do all your works at a very nominal rate.

Our rates are as follows -

1) Current owner search - $5.00
2) Two Owner search - $6.50
3) Typing - $3.00
4) Updates/Bringdowns - $1.00

Plus we guarantee that all works assigned to us will be sent over to you within 24 hrs. No delays.

We are working on number of counties for TN except for BLOUNT (which is not online.)

We can work and benefit you in number of ways. We can work for you over the weekends, during holidays, during the time you go to sleep and by the time you are awake, you will have the files with you.

Outsourcing your work to us will benefit you in all respects.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks and Regards,

Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success - Henry Ford
