Source of Title needs to hire people to authenticate these companies and remove the ones who don't update their listings, who don't answer calls, dead lines, voice mails, no emails, no actual website for their companies. You should charge companies more money each month to keep their subscriptions alive, the companies who actually do great work, they'll probably update more, because they have to pay to be seen. The companies that aren't committed to this business should be weeded out so this doesn't continue to happen.
