We're an abstract firm located in the Tampa area. We do lots of work in Florida and I have a question to pose;
We get several update searches a day in Miami - Dade County that we didn't do the original search on. Most of the new buyer names to be searches are:
Luis Garcia
Ramon Rodriguez
Maria Lopez
ETC.....
Those of you who do these searches in Dade know that time wise this isn't really an update it's more like a full search. I'm thinking of charging a more for these updates than a normal update fee.
Any input here?
