1) Current owner search

2) Recordation of Deed of Trust – Walk-in to the county

3) Filing of the Statement of Lien holder's Notice with the County Sheriff's Office – Fill in Book & Page of DOT and File (We can give you this document example when you email me)

4) A post-recording bring-down, or final report, showing our lien position.
