I think we are mixing two things here.  I would like to clarify our standing as a company. The email to Serena was about FUGO being able to perform searches online at those fees.

 I would like to request you to forward any emails to me where we have expected or requested any of our Abstracting partners to perform searches for us at that fee. 

 I am quite disappointed that both these emails were mixed and and obviously I have to protect my company's interest to ensure that there is no wrong information floating around here. I respect yours' and anybody else's opinion to chose to work with the companies that you like but I do not appreciate miss-representation of any information on behalf of my company.

I always like to keep the communication channels open, and I believe that we all can do good only if we can respect each other's space and co-exist.
