Have you ever tried getting an answer out of anyone there? You can't call them unless they request a conference call with you. I have received scathing emails because cases were in the Auditors offices and they are near impossible to get them. The email said "Do you ever consider your responsibility?" I was so mad!!! I cannot control the clerks office! Some of the emails are so rude. Naturally, I asked for someone to call me after that email, but they ignore any requests for verbal communication. Needless to say, I never heard from that rude person. In retrospect, its probably a good thing.
