Well said!   My point exactly!   Gas, parking, TIME driving to out counties, parking, keeping up the cars, adding much mileage to your own vehicle, ETC.    And they want 20. - 30.?   Not only do they take jobs they can't complete themselves but they'll tell their customers the amount they will do the search for BEFORE finding out how much the true abstractor is going to charge.  Drives me nuts!!!!!
