Good afternoon, all!

I was recently contacted by a Melissa Appleby with Veracity Research LLC. She wanted to know if we would be interested in doing some title work for them. I responded to her email with an attachment of a form that would need completed and submitted back to me before we could discuss anything further. That form asked for company name, state of incorporation, how long the business has been around, owner name, etc etc.

I never received that form back so no further correspondence was made.

However, CC'd on her email was a Benjamin Wilczynski. I could not figure out why that name sounded so familiar until I searched it here at SOT.

I visited their website and it is rather vague. It does not provide much detail, not even an address.

Any insight into this company?
