[-] Don't set us up to fail because of you! - Miriam Shoaff-Rolles/IN (3 replies)

A potential New Client called and placed an order. They explained when they were placing their request that they themselves didn't have time to complete it. That there are known errors. So after 2 days of research, our office was happy to have located what we had. To make sure that moving forward everything was correct and any errors that we located would be taken care of. We handed the documents found over to the entity who could make those corrections; to which the verification was needed to correct those ambiguous issues - issues that may cause a claim in the future.

When researching there are times needed to work with others to make it right and to correct any potential claim that could possibly arise in order to protect everyone's interest. After all of the hard work with 3 different offices working to make it right. We received a message that the order that was placed has been cancelled and Thank you for TRYING.

Dear potential New Client Please understand that we wanted to make sure that this order was given back to your office correct & that the legal descriptions & its chains of title regarding the parcel(s) can be identified correctly from here on out.

We pride ourselves on providing understandable information to your curative team; so they might be able to clear up any errors if need be. By providing you with all of the information the first time.

During our research, we were able to see that something was not right at the courthouse level. (As your office explained to us when the order was placed) We researched this back to 1884 using 2 of our team members. (This is non-taxable property with ambiguous legal descriptions that needed to be identified)

We always want to make sure we have provided you with the correct information in order for your office to issue a correct an insurable commitment.

Unfortunately, this type of research takes time when there are questions that need to be answered by others, not on our same turn-around-time, time clock.

Have a Great Day and I hope you will still consider using our services on a more realistic in the books taxable title order.

Please contact the XYZ department they are still working on this as I requested.

After we billed them minimally for our time & the copies we gave them - they nitpicked and questioned the fees!

Personal Note // Thought: Our office never gives up there is always an answer - or a way to correct any issues in this industry. We were not 'trying' we were covering all basis using due diligence and the help of other to correct any future potential for claims. I just don't understand what the hurry is? Don't you want to get it right from here on out especially when you know there is a potential for a claim...You would think to be humbled that someone cared enough to fix the issue...No one else is as far ahead on this as we are! Rant Over!
