Is anyone else having problems getting paid by Select Business Services located in Erie, PA? Over 60 days late. I have sent 2 past due notices and no reply. My due diligence showed them to be reliable; however, that turns out to be inadequate.

I do like the idea of collecting in advance before we perform a search. I have one client you gets a deposit from their client before they place a request with me. And this client pays upon receipt of the title search.
