Has anyone ever won Bank of America in court?  That is the worst bank ever. I have a trial date on Nov 1st.  I choose my friend to be the executor of my husbands estate since hes been helping me with this lawyer stuff against BoA. Since my husband of 36 yrs passed this last januaty all we had was our home. I had pre-trial this last thursday,my friend had went to stand up with me to talk with the judge and the judge shot him down, the judge telling my friend all the motions were actually better than most lawyers but to take a seat cause hes not a lawyer.The judge hadsent me a order before the pre-trial saying that i had already lost the case.How crooked is our judicial system?    It is true now that ive been through it the lawyer helps the judge, in return the judge helps the lawyer. Take our property and split it. BoA is a very GREEDY company.The Adams County Judicial System in Colorado are crooks, money hungry crooks. Oh i forgot they can do that. If anyone can help me before 11/01  i would ever be so gratefull.  Sorry about the rant. please email me   thank you
